Terms of sale
Updated on 30 October 2026
1. The seller
The Founder Pack is sold by YLC NETWORK FZC, a free zone company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates; commercial licence no. 300641, issued by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority (see the legal notice). Contact: support@1900.agency.
Payment is collected by Whop, our payment provider, acting as merchant of record: it calculates and adds your country's VAT and issues your invoice. Your card details never reach us.
2. What you are buying
The 1900.agency Founder Pack includes: access to the motion-design studio and 300 credits paid into your account at payment; the client finder, the storefront that takes payments and the Ambassador program, which open in your account as they go live, at no extra cost; the weekly Zoom session described in section 3; the founder box (12 IMPACT shots of 100 ml and your numbered founding member card), delivered to you; the Guest Pass; and your founder benefits at the Campus, which is a project with no set date or place.
The Pack is neither a subscription nor an investment: it gives no share, income or return. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded in money, except as set out in section 7. 1,900 founder boxes are on sale; sales stop when they are all sold, and at the latest on 24 December 2026 in the evening (23:59, Paris time).
3. The club: 1,900 members, not one more
The 1900.agency club will never accept more than 1,900 founding members. Once the 1,900th Founder Pack is sold, the club closes for good: no new seat is sold, in any form or at any price.
As long as the club exists, its members are invited to a live support session on Zoom, once a week. The day, time and link are shared with members. The session helps members in their business; it guarantees no result and no income.
4. Price and payment
€97 excl. VAT, paid at once, or 3 × €33 excl. VAT (€99 excl. VAT in total), one payment every 30 days. Delivery of the box is included. Your country's VAT is added by Whop at checkout, on its page, by card or the payment methods it offers.
In 3 payments: you get the access and your 300 credits from the first payment; if a later payment is not made, your access is paused until it is.
5. Your order and your account
Your 1900.agency account is created with the email address given at payment, or attached to the account that already exists at that address. You enter it with that address and a 6-digit code sent by email; there is no password: keeping access to that mailbox is what keeps the account yours.
The box contains a food supplement for adults only: by ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. One account per person.
6. Delivery
The Pack is sold for delivery in Europe only: the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino and the Vatican. The United Kingdom is not included. You give your delivery address in your account (“My box”); the box ships once we have it and is delivered within 30 days at the latest. An order whose address is outside this area is not delivered: it is refunded.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
You have 14 days to withdraw, from the day you receive your box. To withdraw, write to support@1900.agency; the team gives you the return address.
Box unopened and sent back within that period: you are refunded in full; the cost of sending it back is yours. Box opened or started (an opened shot cannot be taken back): you are refunded what you paid, minus €5 excl. VAT per opened shot; the unopened shots you send back are refunded.
The studio and the credits are digital content supplied from payment. By using your credits during the withdrawal period, you expressly ask for their supply to start straight away. A refunded Pack ends: studio access stops and your remaining credits are removed from your balance. Refunds go through Whop, to the payment method used. These rules take away none of the rights the law of your country gives you.
8. The IMPACT shot
IMPACT is a 100 ml food supplement, tropical flavour, containing caffeine (60 mg per bottle). For adults aged 18 and over. High caffeine content: not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. One bottle a day at most; do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine, ask your doctor first. Keep out of reach of young children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Ingredients and storage are on the label and on the home page. The box is a symbol of the club, never a condition: nothing in 1900.agency depends on the shot.
9. Ambassador program
Any member can recommend the Pack with their ambassador link. The program runs on Whop: you need a Whop account and accept its terms for the program. Whop pays a fixed commission for each Pack ordered through your link: €34 for a Pack paid at once, or €12 per payment made in 3 payments (€36 in total), excluding VAT and delivery. One level only. No income is guaranteed, and none may be promised. No commission is due on a refunded Pack.
10. Liability and governing law
What you create with the studio is yours; you remain responsible for what you publish. An account can be suspended for abuse or multiple accounts; you are then told why. These terms do not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
11. Contact
For your order, your box or these terms, write to support@1900.agency: your message reaches a person.
